Hello and welcome to another Crazily Acquainted.  Today we have the amazing photographer that should be world-renowned, Maddy!  Welcome, welcome!   I’m so excited about this interview.  Maybe Maddy’s not so (crazy) funny as Arachnid, but she’s amazing still.  Here we go!

Why did you decide to have a blog?

Both my mom and sister had one. After seeing them blog for a while, I decided that I’d like to try it out. 😀

Why did you chose the name?

Since I wanted to blog about photography blog, I thought that Digital Diary suited it well. Yeah, I really like your name!

What do you write about/plan to write about?

I try to write a little bit about what’s going on in my life at the beginning of the post, and then I share my photography.

Do you prefer serious or crazy writing?

I like both, but I’d have to say serious a little more. Don’t get me wrong, I love reading funny posts but I also really like deep posts. Totally agree, though I’m horrid at being serious.

What is/was the hardest part of your blog?

The hardest part for me was probably figuring out how I wanted the set up of my posts to be. I switched my writing/photography around a lot and wasn’t sure how I should end my posts for a while.

Is Maddy your real name or a pseudonym?

Maddy is my really name. Well, actually Madeline. 😉 I have always gone by Maddy though.

What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Either chocolate chip or chocolate chip cookie dough. They’re about the same but I can never decide which I like better. 😉 I would not say Chocolate chip and chocolate chip cookie dough are the same.  I should know, since I’m an ice cream critic. 🙂

Who are some of your favorite bloggers?

I know of so many great blogs but a few of my favorite are : A Farm Girls Life, A Barefoot Gal, Forever and Everly, Inside Cup, The Introverted Extrovert, and The Barefoot Gal 

Which state(s) out of the — have been your favorite? 

I have been to about 30 states and favorite out of those are probably New York, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. Kentucky is AWESOME!

What is your favorite dance routine you’ve done so far?

I have been dancing most of my life so that’s a tough question! I really enjoying getting to be in The Nutcracker for the first time this year.

What is one of your favorite costumes you’ve worn for dance?

Definitely the white pancake tutu I got to wear last month in the snow scene in The Nutcracker. It was a little hard to dance in ( and breath 😉 but I always love getting to wear pancake tutus.  Pancake tutus….*sighs*

Who is your absolute favorite author?

Another hard question! As of right now, I’d probably say Joanne Bischof.

Which fictional book is your favorite?

To Get to You by Joanne Bischof. It’s such a good book and I’d definitely recommend it!
